About Us
Learn Money. Live Better.
At AGTF Institute, we believe financial education is the foundation for lasting empowerment. As a financial education nonprofit, our mission is to equip individuals, families, and small business owners with the knowledge and tools to take control of their financial future.
We provide free financial literacy workshops, first-time homebuyer education, and business money management classes designed to make complex financial concepts simple, practical, and relevant to everyday life.
Whether you’re preparing to buy your first home, starting a new business, or simply learning to budget better, our programs are here to guide you every step of the way.
Our Mission
Mission is to first introduce the tools that is needed to make critical financial decisions and avoid mistakes. They then examine their individual financial personality and develop healthy financial practices and attitudes. HUD ownership designed programs specifically for low-wealth individuals who ordinarily would find homeownership difficult, if not impossible. Help get the funding they need to own a home without resorting to sub-prime loans. The final phase prepares the participant, equipping them with tools devoted to maintaining sound finances and an ethic of giving back.
Our Vision
A community where every person has the confidence, resources, and education to make wise financial choices and live with financial independence and peace of mind.
Who We Serve
We serve Veterans and Seniors aged 50+ who are currently unhoused and in need of a safe, stable living environment. Our guests primarily come from Riverside County and have a reliable income source—such as employment, SSI/SSDI, or Veterans benefits—and are capable of independent living.
We partner with local organizations, housing counselors, and financial experts to bring high-quality, accessible learning opportunities to everyone — regardless of income or background.
Why We Exist
Financial literacy is more than numbers — it’s about freedom, confidence, and opportunity. Many people never receive proper financial education, leading to debt, stress, and limited options.
At AGTF Institute, we close that gap by offering financial empowerment programs that are engaging, inclusive, and actionable.
Through workshops, one-on-one sessions, and online resources, we help participants make smarter choices about credit, budgeting, homeownership, and entrepreneurship.
